These dispensers are normally placed on dual oil or grease lines and are intended for installations that include a large number of grease points and/or long distances.

Description
The dispensers are lubrication elements designed for two simultaneous supply lines, one of them pressurized while the other is depressurized, alternating the lubrication cycles, thus dosing an adjustable quantity of lubricant in each cycle.
Design and principle of operation
Each metering unit is composed of a servo piston and a servo piston (A) and a servo (B). The piston movements (Fig. 1) show the operation of the dispenser by alternating the lubricant feed when it enters through line 1 or when it enters through line 2.
The supply is made with the two separate outlets, but there is the possibility of internal communication of the outlets unifying them into a single outlet, thus doubling the flow rate. Two possibilities are available, through internal or external communication.
- Internal communication, it is carried out online and opposite outputs are communicated. Consists of removing the plug (C) and remove the ball from its interior. (D). (Fig. 2)
- External communication, outlets can be joined in line and are made by means of two additional parts on the outside, the junction block. (F) and the warhead (E). (Fig. 3)
As the communication is internal, we offer the advantage of avoiding external piping and fittings, thus favoring a clean installation.

El suministro estándar es torreta normal con capuchón de metacrilato y juntas NBR. Cuerpos de torreta y dosificador EN 10087-11SMnPb30 con cincado según ISO 2081 – Fe/Zn12/A.
