Description
Filtering elements are installed in the housing of our filters and carry out the filtration and drainage work, as the “core” of the filter. Our filtering elements guarantee a high degree of cleanliness of the lubricant, therefore we can ensure a high durability of bearings, bearings or any point of lubrication where they are working
Design and operating principle
Nortek high performance metal filter elements have been designed to work under the most adverse conditions, consisting of several folded layers of reinforcement and filtration arranged in a circle around the perforated mesh support tube. So we get a filtering surface that allows us to work with high flow rates.
Its design allows its disassembly for cleaning and maintenance taking advantage of the maximum performance of these elements.
Installation
The installation of this type of filter elements is carried out in Nortek filter bodies ref. 269XXXXXX and should always be mounted so that the fluid enters through the inner tube and comes out through the external mesh, that is, its operation is from the inside to the outside.
