Description
Monobloc lubrication system prepared for a centralized control of lubrication.
Composed of the automatic pump B38 Nortek series 1028100 prepared on a bench that works in highperformance double lines, being therefore configurable by inverter overpressure C65 series 2215550 or electromagnetic inverter series 222XXXX, by adding an electrical signal through a micro you can control the operation of the system, finally a panel or terminal box can be placed according to the customer’s needs.

Design and operating principle
These equipments have been designed for continuous and demanding lubrication uses. (24h/day).
The principle of operation is the operation of the double line, which is based on the supply of lubricant to the
dosing element through double pipes, which are alternately pressurized and depressurized. From here it is
distributed to the lubrication points according to the installation carried out by the client.
Installation
The installation of this pump must be done in a place with enough space for its maintenance.
The system is prepared with holes in the bench to be able to anchor it to the ground, thus avoiding possible
vibrations and imbalances in the pump.
Nortek recommends anchoring it to the ground in a protected area free of possible blows, away from walkways
