Description
Double-line pneumatic lubrication system consisting of a Nortek series 1038521 pneumatic pump and an overpressure inverter with Nortek series 2221244 operating control, In each connection line has a manometer in each line for its independent pressure control.
As a complement it incorporates an air line and a minimum level control with electrical signal via micro with a grease plate to facilitate its proper suction.
Design and operating principle
Double-line pneumatic lubrication system consisting of a Nortek series 1038521 pneumatic pump and an overpressure inverter with Nortek series 2221244 operating control, In each connection line has a manometer in each line for its independent pressure control.
As a complement it incorporates an air line and a minimum level control with electrical signal by means of micro with a plate accompanied by grease to facilitate its correct aspiration.
The principle of operation is the operation of the double line, which is based on the supply of lubricant to the dosing element by means of double pipes, which are pressurized and depressurized alternately. From here it is distributed to grease points according to the installation made by the customer.
Installation
This pump must be installed in a location offering sufficient space for maintenance.
The system is prepared with holes in the base plate to anchor it to the ground, in order to avoid possible vibrations and misalignment of the pump.
Nortek recommends ground anchoring in a protected area, away from shocks and passageways.
