The scope of supply ranges from detailed engineering to the complete supply of all the snowed remains for a correct operation. Tanks, pumping units, filtration systems, cooling and pressure, flow and temperature controls. Also supply of all the oil and demineralized water dosing system.
Nortek’s tank manufacturing technology allows to optimize the size to achieve the maximum possible volume with the smallest possible footprint. The interior design of the tanks allows an optimal circulation of the fluid throughout the tank to avoid dead zones without circulation. This interior design facilitates the cleaning of the tank.
We have experience in supplying large tanks in one piece or manufactured in modules to facilitate transportation and final assembly on site.
We can integrate our magnetic filtration systems inside the tank reducing the total footprint of the equipment.
The supply of the different equipments that compose an emulsion system can be supplied loose or grouped by benches in order to reduce the installation works on site.
Thanks to our design capacity we can also supply all the detailed engineering for the fabrication of the piping on site.
