Production plant
Our production plant is located in Pinseque, a few kilometres from Zaragoza (Spain), one of the most important logistics hubs in southern Europe. It is a modern 10,000 m2 facility whose first phase was inaugurated in 2004 and which saw its latest extension completed in 2016.

A multi-purpose plant for total process control
NORTEK’s philosophy has always been rooted in the desire to know and control all the critical phases of the manufacturing process to the maximum, in order to be able to count on the best guarantees in terms of quality, delivery time and price competitiveness. A multi-purpose workshop is the best school for our technicians and engineers, and allows us to offer the design flexibility and agile response capacity that have distinguished us throughout our long history.
Boilermaking workshop, the heart of our workshop
The preparation, assembly and test area for our large systems covers a surface area of 4,000 m2, including specific space for welding processes, under ISO 3834-3 certification, and a segregated hall for handling stainless steel.
Machining workshop
A large part of the parts that make up our equipment, as well as all the prefabricated parts required for our complete centralised greasing line, are produced in this area of the workshop, which is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Having our own powerful machining workshop helps us to gain flexibility when it comes to proposing and verifying the feasibility of new developments.
Precision workshop
We have a specific hall dedicated to precision assembly, pump repair, filter element manufacture, and the marking and traceability area.
Blasting and painting booths
Inaugurated as a result of the latest expansion, these 24 m long booths are designed for blasting and painting elements weighing up to 12 tonnes. We follow a rigorous quality control of these processes, which is essential to achieve the total satisfaction of each customer.
Electrical workshop
In keeping with our maxim of providing a comprehensive service for all our processes, we also design and programme the electrical panels for your systems under different communication protocols.
Test equipment
We come to the end of the tour of our production plant, with the specific equipment for testing our systems, external and internal training, and the development of our research activity.
