Certifications that make a difference
Thanks to our commitment to continuous improvement processes, at NORTEK we have sought to ensure the certification of our management system, the maximum homologation of welding processes and the training of our technicians, in order to design and manufacture according to different international norms and standards.
Specifically, we have:
ISO 9001:2015 certification of our quality management system.
EN-ISO 3834-3:2006 certification of our fusion welding processes for metallic materials.
Approval of welders according to Euronorm and ASME IX.
Design and production capacity (backed by a large portfolio of projects executed) according to different international standards: API 614, ASME B31…
A long track record in the manufacture of pressure vessels approved according to European directives (UNE-EN 13445) or ASME VIII.
Extensive experience in the manufacture of valves according to UNE-EN 12516.
We can accredit the certification of our management system according to ISO 9001 and of our welding processes according to ISO 3834-3. The company’s special commitment to fully guaranteed welding, which gives confidence to our most demanding customers, is also visible in the fact that we have a team of approved welders and in the growing investment in both equipment and in the training of those responsible for its supervision.
The long history of our Engineering Department, as well as the great diversity of projects undertaken by NORTEK and materialised in our own production plant, have also favoured our full competence for the design and manufacture according to different international standards. We thus have the flexibility and know-how necessary to be able to adapt to the regulatory requirements of our customers.
Export awards
NORTEK’s exporting track record, with rates of over 80% in most of the last few years, has been recognised with the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce Export Prize, awarded in 2008 after the runner-up prize obtained in 2004.
This award is a recognition of the great effort made by NORTEK over the last decades to be present with its references in the five continents, developing its commercial network and adapting to the unique characteristics of each market.
