NORTEK introduces 3D printing into its inhouse production

NORTEK has succesfully introduced 3D printing into its inhouse production scheme. This technology will help our company make parts with low mechanical responsibility at very competitive costs, while freeing up manufacturing resources at our Machining Shop.

This investment shows our company’s commitment to inhouse production and technological updating

All design and control tasks related to this new acquisition will be performed by our R&D Department. Articles such as valves, filters and other flow control instruments (in whose production NORTEK has a long-standing experience) may now benefit from 3D-printed parts, with a consequent improvement in quality, precision and competitiveness. The test stand we are currently developing for the OBI project will also source from this fabrication technology.

This investment shows our company’s commitment to inhouse production and technological updating. Historically, performing our own manufacturing has been one of our trademarks. Our plant capacity and high-skilled staff allow us to take full responsibility for what we offer, with a significant level of self-sufficiency.
