NORTEK remains committed to the modernization of its production plant

After the inauguration of our blasting and painting booths —that marked the year 2016—, NORTEK has undertaken a new investment in its production site with two objectives: encouraging increases in productivity and achieving full compliance with occupational health and safety legislation. The climax of this investment was the acquisition of a new LAGUN L1000 3-axes machining center for our machining workshop.

Workplace safety and productivity in the plant are our core concerns and the main focus of our investments.

The machining workshop is a key resource in NORTEK’s productive dynamics. Our commitment to in-house manufacturing focuses on having an in-depth knowledge base about the products that we offer to our customers, as well as maintaining thorough quality control and speeding up delivery times. In fact, our workshop provides us many of the parts that make up our largest units, as well as all of the prefabricated structures necessary for our grease systems line. In addition, having a flexible and multi-purpose plant —and, as a result, highly-skilled staff— is also key to addressing the feasibility of new developments, not only from a theoretical perspective, but also from the standpoint of production.

We are convinced of the need to invest in our own manufacturing structures. Having modern technology and continuing to move towards highest levels of automation and precision in machining processes is and will remain one of our top priorities.
